Happy December from the CFS Unite team!
I hope you are looking after yourself in the preparations for Christmas. I have a couple of things to write to you abut!
1) Meeting tomorrowTomorrow the 5th December is the last meeting of 2017! :( Our meetings are 1.30-3.30pm at St Johns Church, Ipswich.
I would like to invite you to join us at our meeting where we will begin the festivities. As well as our usual meeting, we will be having a:Christmas Jumper competition (wear your best/worst/homemade jumpers fir the other members to vote for), a raffle (if you can please bring a prize), a buffet (if you can please bring a food item) and I also have something else up my sleeve to share with you. If you cannot bring anything please be assured that is fine please just come and give us the pleasure of your company.
2) Birthdays and contact details
Next year we will be updating all contact details and sending out a form so you can make sure we have your up to date details. In January I will be re-launching our birthday card list so if you would like to receive a card from us on your special day please can you send me an email with your birth date and address.
3) Next Year
I will email you shortly with events for next year which includes meeting dates, meals, bbq and at least 1 quiz. in the meantime please note there will be no meeting in January. Our first meeting in 2018 is Tuesday 6th February 2018.
4) Finally I wish to apologise for the lack of correspondence this year in emails and texts. With full time work, some family issues, having a baby and still having mild CFS I have struggled to keep up with things but hope to be much better in 2018,
