ME Community Launch Event

Hi peeps,

Hope everyone is well? I thought I wouls mention and show photos of a ME Community Launch event we went to on Saturday 9th July at Raydon. It was a very informative event with lots of people from different organisations including Action for ME, Positive Pals and more.

I did a little talk about CFS Unite which went down well and I actually kind of enjoyed :) .  The afternoon tea with clotted cream and jam really helped as well.

Also in current news;

Thanks to everyone who attended out last meeting, we had a record number 20 +, which was fantastic and a lively turnout. We had Rebecca in from OT beyond boundaries see our helpful links page for more information. We talked about helping ourselves and introduced the topic of depression caused by Chronic Fatigue syndrome/ME/Fibro. I asked members to think of what small things may improve your day to day living, which will be discussed next meeting.
