Events upcoming over the next 2 months

Hey everyone,
We have lots upcoming over the next few months which are summarised below, please do join us for these events, also our dates for next year’s meeting is coming up.
November 2012
Tuesday 6th - Monthly Meeting at St John’s Church Hall, Cauldwell Hall Road, Ipswich, IP3 9BN – 1.30 – 3.30pm. This month our topic will be Pain management. Refreshments will be available.Saturday 10th– AGM – from 2pm at Gemma’s House in Ipswich (please email or text Gemma for address if required). This will be when we formalise our constitution and formally vote in the committee and become a proper functioning group!! Please can all committee members attend and if anyone wishes to join the committee please do come along, if you cannot make it but wish to get involve please let me know. Also we are looking for some trustees for the group if you fancy being a trustee please do join our AGM or let Gemma know.
Tuesday 13th - CFS Unite Coffee Morning starting at 10.30am till about 12.00pm - at Gemma’s House in Ipswich (please email or text Gemma for address if required). Just a couple of hours to spent together for a mini social, drinks and cake will be provided, we are requesting a £2 donation to help with fundraising for the group.
Saturday 17th– CFS Unite Quiz at Stratford Court Sheltered Housing, Stratford Road, Ipswich. Starting at 2.30pm, £2.50 per person. We invite you to join us for an afternoon. Teams will be off 6 people so bring friends or we will form the teams on arrival. Bring your own drink& nibbles (tea & coffee & Raffle in the break). A great afternoon ahead. Please let us know if you can come so we can account for numbers and spread the word, especially to the competitive people you know.
December 2012
Tuesday 4th – Monthly meeting with Mince pies and a Christmas raffle, held at St John’s Church Hall, Cauldwell Hall Road, Ipswich, IP3 9BN – 1.30 – 3.30pm. This meeting is a relaxed affair with the chance to have a relaxed chat and get together before the seasonal period begins. Please bring something Christmassy to donate for the raffle if you can.
Tuesday 18th - CFS Unite Christmas Meal – at The Farmhouse Pub in Kesgrave at 1pm. 2 courses for £9.99 or 3 courses for £12.99, join us in our festive celebrations. We require a £5 deposit per person on booking and will provide a menu for you to choose from, places are limited so please do book ASAP. Also if you do come along to the meal we hold a secret Santa, where you buy a present for £5 suitable for both boys and girls this goes into a bag, and in return you get to select a present from the bag as well. We had some very creative gifts last year and was great fun.
