Dec 2012 Photo Special Newsletter is out!

Our 6th issue newsletter is now out and ready to be read, it can be downloaded below. This issue is a photo speical, full of photos sent in from our members, photos from our events and an interesting article on sleep disturbances.

Our further issues will have a new editor as Gwen as kindly taken on the role of Newletter Editor. Thank you Gwen, I realy look forward to seeing her plans for our Newsletter and I am sure they are going to make it even better. Our next issue is due out in March 2013, fior this issue we would really love to get to know our members, so please send us your profiles about yourself with photos, perhaps your journey with your condition, or perhaps write about a great book hyou have read, film you have watched, or if you have pets tell us about them, we love to hear from you.
